If you notify us of a defect of materials or workmanship within one (1) year following the date of purchase, and return the product to Broadcast Tools, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.Broadcast Tools products are covered under a one year warranty. We warranty our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time it is shipped by Broadcast Tools if the item is properly installed, used and maintained.
If your product is no longer under warranty, you can contact Lightner Electronics, who is our Authorized Independent Repair Center, and they will assist you in the repair or replacement of the unit. You may email Lighter Electronics directly at support@lightnerelectronics.com.
